This End User License
Agreement(“Agreement”) and all the terms and conditions herein apply to services and/or products
provided by Softcamp Co., Ltd.(“Company”) and User(“User”). Please read the terms and
conditions of this Agreement carefully before you install or use this software(or service). By
proceeding to install the software you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this
Agreement. If you do not wish to agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not
continue the installation process, and do not use this software.

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants to User a limited, non-
exclusive, license to install and use the software(or service). This software(or service) is provided
as freeware, but only for personal, and non-commercial use at home.

 

2. Company’s Obligations.
Company shall provide User with access to the service and products. Company will be
available during normal business hours for support on User inquiries. Users will designate a
